Colombo, Jan 05 (Daily Mirror) – Former Deputy Director of Health Services attached to the Medical Supplies Division, Dr. Herath Kumara who was apprehended by the CID today over the alleged involvement in the substandard human immunoglobulin scandal has been ordered to be remanded by Maligakanda Magistrate Lochana Abeywickrama

The arrest took place at the Health Ministry premises this afternoon.
