Hemas Holdings announces share sub-division

Hemas Holdings PLC has proposed a 5-for-1 share split, increasing the number of issued shares while maintaining the stated capital.

Its existing shares in issue is 597,230,274 and post-split it will increase to 2,986,151,370.

The move is subject to shareholder approval.
