Representatives from Assetline Finance and David Pieris Renewable Energy after signing the MoU

Assetline Finance Ltd., has entered into a strategic partnership with David Pieris Renewable Energy Ltd., (DPRE) to provide specialised green loans designed to support the financing of renewable energy solutions.

This collaboration introduces specialised green financing options designed to support the adoption of solar energy systems for both individual and commercial customers, marking a significant step toward the nation’s energy transition goals Assetline Finance, with its Green Finance Scheme, empowers individuals, and businesses to invest in sustainable solutions. This initiative directly supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy) by facilitating access to renewable energy financing, SDG 13 (Climate Action) by reducing carbon footprints, and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) by fostering sustainable advancements. Through this scheme, Assetline Finance contributes to a greener future, ensuring financial inclusion and environmental responsibility go hand in hand

The partnership will offer a wide range of financing options to customers looking to transition to renewable energy, specifically solar power. The exclusive green loan programme, developed by Assetline Finance, is tailored to meet the needs of David Pieris Solar customers. It enables easy access to solar energy systems with convenient financing options, making it easier for customers to move toward renewable energy.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was officially signed by David Pieris Renewable Energy Ltd., Chairman Jayantha Ratnayake, alongside Directors Naalaka Madugalle and Samantha Silva, and Chief Operating Officer Geeth Samaranayake, representing DPRE. Assetline Finance was represented by Director and CEO Ashan Nissanka, and Chief Marketing Officer Ajantha Premasiri along with senior management from both organisations attending the event.
