Air Chief Marshal Vivek Ram Chaudhari, Chief of the Air Staff of Indian Air Force, who is here on a four-day official visit called on the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Sudarshana Pathirana, yesterday morning (02) at Air Force Headquarters. The Indian delegation included Principle Director Operations (Space) Air Commodore S Bedi, Director (Strategy) Group Captain SS Desai, Staff Officer to the CAS Group Captain LK Mishra, along with the Defence Advisor of Indian High Commission Captain Vikas Sood.
Visiting Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari, Chief of Air Staff, Indian Air Force, is scheduled to lay the foundation stone for the India-Sri Lanka Friendship Auditorium at the Sri Lanka Air Force Academy, Trincomalee, under the Rs. 250 mn grant assistance in line with India’s “Neighbourhood First’ policy.
